In lieu of a longer post, today I wanted to share a fantastic Tumblr page I stumbled upon recently. It takes a satirical look at the current gluten free eating trend by re-imagining great works of art and culture with their wheat elements removed. I’m currently working on a post about satirical museum exhibits, so this is a perfect prelude!
